It is important to note that the technicalities and terms of agreements are often varied for different types of industries and projects. Our Legal Department is conversant in drafting agreements fully covering the technical, operational and financial terms and conditions suitable for specialized industries/projects like Hydrocarbons, Petrochemicals and Power generation and Desalination, EPIC and related subcontracts, taking care of the interest of all the parties involved.

Skilled lawyers in the field of arbitration who are capable of taking over the activity to represent and sit as arbitrators or umpires and to advice on the matters relating to arbitration, for both local and international as the case may be, and other various jurisdictions.

This section is headed by competent professional person licensed to enter appearances on the company’s behalf in the local Courts of Law, supported by an active and vigilant team to handle employment and immigration matters.
